What are the main methods for multidimensional decision making in innovation management, such as AHP?
One of my clients has had recurrent conflict situations regarding decision making on which innovation projects to invest. I suggested that the adoption of a structured decision making process such as Analytic Hierarchy Process – AHP – might mitigate interpersonal conflict and bring about better decisions. I am familiar with AHP, but I´d like to know about other alternatives appropriate for innovation management in a R&D company.
