What are the main gas and water utility companies in Carrollton Texas?
It will depend on the specific address in Carrollton. If you are in an area that has CoServ, you can ONLY use CoServ. They have both electric and gas service. They are a co-op and are exempt from the deregulation. A tiny number of addresses will have Coserv electric, but Atmos gas. If the address is not in a CoServ area, the gas service will be Atmos (formerly TXU Gas, before that Lone Star Gas). The electric will be in the deregulation, so you can choose which power company you would like to use.
