Your question is a bit vague as Lutherans, Anglican & Catholics are Christian … However, many on this board equate “Christian” to mean non-denominational Evangelical Christianity.(ie. modern day Protestantism). The basic differences amongst these faith traditions have to do with Church authority and salvation: Evangelical Protestantism – The rule of faith is the Bible alone & salvation is obtained by faith alone apart from any works. There are no real sacraments in Evangelical Protetantism. Lutheranism — There are many traditions within Lutheranism so I will refer to the most conservative body — Missouri Synod Lutherans.
