I’ve been to both, and apart from the language, the differences are not that great. Maybe the greatest difference is in the Southern part of The Netherlands : Noord-Brabant and Nederlands Limburg, with an important Roman-Catholic tradition.

Too many to mention, typical Europe both are spotless sex isn’t a taboo but i think Denmark does have a prejudice against alcohol where as the Dutch don’t.
