These key components relevant to the particular project will be discussed and the terms agreed upon during the planning stages and will form part of the long term relationship between the parties. Other key areas include but are not limited to: • Define the geographic area relevant to the application • Delivery of a fully commissioned operational plant that meets the processing and output requirements outlined and in accordance with the final proposal • Management and staff training • On-site support for a predetermined period • Business and market development assistance • Ongoing trouble shooting and maintenance support. • Upgrades and structured site visits • Conditions of operating under the Molectra Banner.
