What are the main changes to the revised agreement?
The main changes are: • The agreement now discusses the need for customers to use up-to-date anti-spyware software. If customers don’t use up-to-date anti-spyware software, anti-virus software and a firewall, they will be liable for damages that result; • The agreement no longer contains the exception that allowed customers to disclose their passwords to an account aggregation service run by CashEdge Inc. Customers must not disclose their passwords to anyone, including an account aggregator; • The agreement now states more clearly that the law of Quebec will apply when the agreement is interpreted in cases involving Quebec residents.
