What are the main causes of starvation in Africa?
The other cause of starvation in Africa is poor leadership. Starvation in Africa is mostly man-made, draught only makes it worse. When you have leaders like Mugabe of Zimbabawe, or Issais of Eritrea or Al Beshir of the Sudan, who do not have an ounce of respect to their citizens, then suffering and starvation is certain. Despite the food shortages in Eritrea, the leader kicked most NGO’s from the country. Darfur people are pershing because of the poor leadership of Al Beshir. I have only scratched the surface and the list goes on. A corupt leader always have corupt followers and the damges are multiplied.
