What are the MACINTOSH System requirements for Picture CD software?
• POWER MACINTOSH or compatible 603e (120 MHz) computer (POWER MACINTOSH G3, POWERBOOK G3, or IMAC Computer is strongly recommended). • MACINTOSH OS 8.0 or higher. • 32 MB System RAM. • 20 MB RAM available to application. • CD-ROM XA ready, multi-session compatible with PHOTO CD Discs, 4X CD-ROM drive. • 256-color display, however 16 million (or higher) color display is recommended. • 640 X 480 screen area (recommended). • APPLE QUICKTIME Software Version 3.0 or higher. • Virtual Memory “ON” with double available system RAM Note: You see significant performance improvements if your system exceeds the minimum requirements, especially in processor performance and CD-ROM drive speed.
