To help inform the content of the new LEP and DCP, North Sydney Council is currently preparing two strategic documents known as the Local Development Strategy and Residential Development Strategy. Both these documents will also illustrate how the Councils new LEP and DCP will assist in fulfilling the State Government’s objectives and targets set out in the Metropolitan Strategy and draft Inner North Subregional Strategy.
