Operation of a golf car in Baywood is subject to the following rules and regulations. • All drivers must be at least 12 years old. Drivers under the age of 16 who are not accompanied by an adult must carry a photo ID issued through Baywood (there is no charge for the ID). • Children under 16 may not drive after dusk. • Passengers may not stand in, hang off, run alongside of, or skateboard along with the vehicle. • Do not impede the flow of motor vehicle traffic. • Do not drive on landscaped areas or private property. • Lights must be used at night. • Stay off the golf course when golfers are present.
