I’ve had the bumps for years! The dermatologist says it’s keratosis pilaris, but that there’s no cure. I’m so excited that I FINALLY found the answer after dealing with the issue for more than 15 years! I suspect we may not all have the same trigger, but for me it’s definitely yeast. I used Nizoral dandruff shampoo by putting it directly on my arms (and also backs of upper legs) straight from the bottle. I let it stay on 15 minutes before washing it off. The result: I’m CURED! I can’t believe it. I did this two days in a row and now I keep rubbing my arms in disbelief! After 15 years – wow. I just wish I’d learned this sooner. I don’t know how often I will need to do this, but it’s unbelievable. I hesitate to say it’s the answer to everyone’s Keratosis pilaris, but yeast is surely my problem. I learned that Nizoral is an anti-fungal that works well on yeast and apparently that’s how it worked. I live in Florida and so short sleeves and sleeveless clothing is worn year-around. I am SO H
