MP Response: For the first 5 years it could only pass on the cost of the dumpster contract to the owners and lessees. $0 dues for five years. After 5 years the HOA Board would set any dues and assessments. In addition to the dumpster dues annual assessments could not exceed $100 per year (plus any subsequent CPI increase).
