If you choose to use text for the headline in the overlay banner, you don’t need any creative for this ad type. The supported file types for the message graphic in a video overlay banner are GIF, JPG, PNG, or SWF. The creative (graphic) file must be no more than 100 KB in weight. The dimensions for the overlay banner must be 300×50 pixels. If you use a SWF file, it must be set to Flash Player version 9, and any ActionScript code must be ActionScript 3.
