As with all great things, there are some basic rules and regulations that the lawyers said we should mention. Mertado Cash is not money that you can withdraw. It can only be used towards purchasing products on Mertado. It does not have any cash value. Mertado Cash can be used to pay for merchandise on Mertado but cannot be used to pay shipping and handling expenses or sales tax.
