What are the limitations of Zoomify Express?
Zoomify Express is free and fully functional. It allows easy drag-and-drop conversion and intuitive zoom-and-pan viewing. It is approved for web sites whether private or public, personal or commercial and is not limited by features that have been turned-off nor will it ‘time-out’ after any period of use. Zoomify Express is, however, limited to the standard HTML parameters supported by the Flash Player (background color, etc.) as well as one Zoomify-specific parameter that supports showing or hiding the Zoomify Navigator (‘bird’s-eye-view’). Web designers requiring greater HTML or XML parameter control of Viewer layout and functionality will prefer Zoomify Design. Flash developers desiring to modify make deep changes to Viewer functionality or integrate zoom-and-pan into their own Flash projects will prefer Zoomify Flash.
