What are the limitations of the Career Strengths Audit?
Each of the CSA questionnaires will give you a useful report with information about your Career Strengths to help you focus and direct your career search. However, none of the reports will give you information that will guarantee your success in a particular job or confirm that you have the right experience, qualifications or abilities to do a job. You must interpret any information that you gain from CSA reports in the context of your experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and qualifications as well as the requirements of any particular job. We recommend that you also talk to a qualified Career Guidance Counsellor about your results. He/she will help you utilise your strengths to explore your options more fully and will be able to advise you about entry requirements, qualifications and training for specific occupations.
