• All accounts within a given billing product subscription must be billed to the same customer or written approval obtained to release bill information. • All accounts must be “live,” not final. • All accounts must be exchange, semi-public coin (billed to the customer), or for miscellaneous billed accounts in the ACIS system. • Customer is responsible for any equipment necessary to ensure compatibility with our products. • Media can be created only on the bill date after an account is input into the Alternate Bill Media system. It cannot be created on back bills. • Media sent to the customer, e.g., CD-ROM, should arrive about ten business days after the billing date. • Bills can be suppressed with SBS and EDI only. • Liability for data lost in the mail or unreadable information is limited to the re-creation of the data, upon notification by the customer. Data may be re-created up to 45 calendar days after the bill date by calling the Alternate Billing Solutions Help Desk.
