Prospective members are required to provide the following licenses and materials upon application: Business and Professional Regulations – FL Division of Hotels & Restaurants permit Business and Professional Regulations – FL Food Manager’s License Business and Professional Regulations – FL Food Handler’s Permits for all applicable employees Florida state tax ID number
