What are the levels of Service provided by Zepf Childrens Department?
• Psychiatric services include complete psychiatric evaluations and treatment for children and family members dealing with a number of different issues; the goal is to diagnose and provide treatment to youth with mental illness while helping to coordinate services throughout the community. • Medication management is available for clients whose issues may be at least in part biological and may respond to medications. Services are delivered in conjunction with case management and/or therapy with a focus on educating the family regarding the diagnosis, medications, target symptoms, and side effects. Therapy Services • Home-based therapy is designed for clients who are at imminent risk of removal from their home or of harming themselves or others. The goal of the service is to work with the youth at risk and their family in their home to establish a more productive means of dealing with family stresses and interactions, and to help the family function in a more supportive fashion. • Office
