Highschool level is secondary. Tafe and university are both tertiary levels of education. Tafe would be where you go to learn hands on types of degrees such as plumbing, cabinet making, cooking, hospitality like being a manager etc. University is like a level up from high school. You start off with a basic undergrad degree like science or arts. For example, within an arts degree, you can major in different fields like anthropology, archaeology, history, psychology etc. Once you finish this course (Generally 3-5 years), you are then a graduate. You can choose to pursue further studies with a postgraduate degree. There are lots of different courses you can do in both tafe or university.
