The following is a schedule of legally declared holidays as provided by State Statue 9.010 RSMo 2000: 2009 Holiday Schedule New Years January 1 Martin Luther King January 19 Lincoln Day February 12 Washingtons Birthday February 16 Truman Day May 8 Memorial Day May 25 Independence Day July 3 Labor Day Sepember 7 Columbus Day October 12 Veterans Day November 11 Thanksgiving November 26 Christmas Day December 25 For the purposes of Chapter 319, legally declared holidays that fall on a Saturday do not result in the prior Friday to be considered non-working day.
