What are the legal and techanical formalities for starting e-commerce centered my own website?
I want to create my own website which can sell nearly 200 products online. My website should be able to receive payments online through all the possible means of payment, the customers should get real timee online receipt of the payments and it should be secured payment. In this proposed website i want to provide online live class rooms for various subjects, in which case if a student want to join a class at 8.30pm he/she should be able to join it live in the interactive class room by making secure payment at even 8.29.55pm(just one second before even). Thus products selling as well as online live class rooms in one unique website….. Please Guide me in all the required legal as well as technical formalities regarding starting and maintaining such web site.
