All dogs must be on a leash no longer that six feet in length, and in the hands of a person capable of controlling the dog, when on any/all public property. The dog cannot be on any private property unless the dogs owner has permission from the property owner.

Your dog must be on a leash when you are off of your property. When your dog is on your property you must be in the immediate presence of your dog or your dog must be confined to your property.
