What are the lead times to upgrade to the service?
A downtime of a maximum of one minute will occur if you are moving from a current adsl2+ product i.e. 10Mb or 12Mb. If you are moving from a low speed product e.g. Business Starter there will be the standard downtime of up to 1 hour due to the jumpering requirement. Jumpering means physically moving your line from adsl to adsl2+ based equipment in your local eircom exchange.
