A28. The following components terminations are available: Sn, SnCu, SnBi (silver and palladium finishes are also available but may be too expensive). The following lead-free board finishes are available: tin, tin alloys, ENIG (electroless nickel immersion gold), silver, silver alloys, lead-free HASL (hot air solder levelling with SnAgCu or other lead-free alloy), OSP (organic solderability preservative).
