Solicitors must have a valid solicitors permit from the Village of Bloomingdale. Solicitors going door to door are limited to the hours of 10:00am until 9:00pm. Solicitors engaged in commercial, charitable or religious solicitation on sidewalks, streets, highways or other public places within the village are limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m.
