According to state law, it is illegal for a person to sell, give, or furnish in any way, any tobacco in any form whatever, or cigarettes, or cigarette paper, to any person under the age of 18. Nebraska City Code states, that it is unlawful for any person under the age of 18, to smoke cigarettes or cigars or use tobacco in any form whatever, or to be in possession of any tobacco product within the city.
