The latest 3G-enabled phones are the most exciting technology that is being introduced in the Indian market. Also, the latest phones have larger screen sizes and multimedia capabilities; the overall quality of mobile games has been steadily improving. With the improving GPRS networks, multiplayer gaming on mobile phones is becoming a reality and games based on sports celebrities such as cricketers are doing pretty well. What are the key challenges you are facing today? Nazara is an established player within the mobile gaming space in India and therefore faces relatively lesser challenges as compared to new entrants. Since the talent pool is limited in India, recruitment of experienced professionals and challenges related to technology are there. Also, the broadband connectivity is still poor and far behind the cell phone, as far as the subscription base is concerned.
