What are the latest cool, chic restaurants in Barcelona?
I agree El Bulli restaurant ran by Ferran Adria is a must! It is not in Barcelona, but in Roses on the Costa Brava, not far. His restaurant has been awarded with Michelin star and he is more a genius than a cook. He likes experimenting and finding new tastes. Although I think you could spend some time in a Costa Brava apartment on holidays and go to this restaurant in Roses as well as visiting other nice coastal towns nearby such as Cadaques or Figueres where you can see some works of another genius: Salvador Dali.
