What are the known issues with LDS Library 2009?

Solution: You are probably trying to use a code from 2005 or 2006. Each software version needs a new code. The code should begin with CL-700 (seven zero zero). You need to enter it in all caps and also have the dashes entered. You also need to have the email address entered that you obtained the code with.
