What are the keys to surviving – and being successful – in this industry?
It is imperative to believe in yourself and in your brand. This is such a competitive industry and I think it’s important to have an attitude that it’s okay to make mistakes as long as you learn from them. Obviously one of the keys to being successful is having a great product. It certainly makes things easier! With Inika, once people try it they love it, so the challenge is getting people to try it. I think as we move into the next few years it is also going to be extremely important to be an ethical brand that considers the environment and the impact it has on the world. Lastly, having an awesome team who feel empowered and love what they do also contributes to a successful brand. Q. What are your plans for the future of your company?
