The key features include: as many as 4,300 new residential units available to a range of households, including 860 units of moderate income housing; more than six acres of new open space and public plazas; street enhancements to make the neighborhood friendly for walking, biking and transit; more than 9,000 new parking spaces; and a full array of shopping and services in a neighborhood that could also be home to 7,800 jobs.
