Wiles Technology Park sits on 83 acres of owner-controlled property that has not been platted allowing for design and layout input. Covenant and restrictions have not yet been established on the property. Water is available from a 10″ line in Chicago Avenue that is on the east side of the site, and a 12″ line in E. Wiles Road on the south side of the site. Redundancy exists through access to Rural Water District’s 10″ line, a half-mile west of the site. Sewer is provided on a 10″ line across Chicago Street on the southeast corner of the site. Engineering is also in place to extend a dual feed/point of presence for fiber optic telecommunications with two carriers. The electricity service provider for Wiles Technology Park is Nebraska Public Power District, whereas the provider for Highway 66 Technology Park is Omaha Public Power District.
