Highway 66 Technology Park is on 73 acres of developer-controlled property that has not been platted which allows for design and layout input. Covenants and restrictions have not yet been established on the property. Water is available from a 10″ main in Highway 66 and an 8″ main in 6th St. (Rural Water District #1) and from an 8″/10″ main on Highway 66, 0.4 miles east of the site (city of Plattsmouth). The city of Plattsmouth sewer system would need to be extended to site or onsite treatment facility constructed. Engineering is in place to extend a dual feed/point of presence for fiber optic telecommunications. The electricity service provider for Highway 66 Technology Park is Omaha Public Power District, whereas the provider for Wiles Technology Park is Nebraska Public Power District.
