What are the issues with Special Character recognition?
Recognition of Special and Accented characters can be accomplished with a set of certain requirements being met. First , the Special characters must be available in the specific recognizers. When you are testing, make sure you have selected the correct “default or base recognizer”. You can do this using the Language Bar, or selecting the Recognizer in the MS Journal Options, Tools Menu choice. Depending on the specific character, other letters in the words and the lexicon selected your characters can be recognized. The following characters have been successfully tested and recognized.
