More exactly, you need 2 substitutents at 2 different carbon centers of the cyclohexane ring for isomers to exist. If you are talking about stable ‘conformers’ of cyclohexane, those would be the ‘chair’, the ‘boat’ and the ‘twist-boat’… Hope this helps!!!
