– Ad timer must be set to silent and only respond to !list – The fserve/ftp can have other things(example: anime) on it but must have some zipped manga – Fservs MUST use CTCP trigger – Fserve must be leech (no read_this_for_leech.txt). – Try not to use the “F” word – Do not message ZlleH asking how/where/when to get manga please – No ad timer request for ANIMES, This is #MANGAproject. – No clones allowed unless for serving manga – NO AGGRESSIVE AWAY MESSAGE SCRIPTS THAT SPAMS THE CHANNEL WHEN SOMEONE MENTIONS YOUR NICK – Guest nicks are not allowed, please take the time to find/register a unique name. – Try not to upset the OPS.
