What are the invitations? What does it mean to register for Invitations?
Invitations are a way for users to meet other people with similar interests. The idea is to meet new people to have fun with and to share rides, staff, etc. Right now, Invitations are only available to people who are served by Partners in Community Supports (PICS) and our PICS member agencies. What is PICS and who are the PICS member agencies? Click here to find out. If you’re a person who received services through PICS or one of our member agencies, you may be able to access the invitations feature. First you’ll need to create a profile. Then you need to contact Nic Ordahl at PICS to get assigned access to the Invitations feature. Contact Nic with your Life Pages username at (952) 854-6364, ext. 118 or e-mail nicordahl@picsweb.org. Once you have access you should register to use the invitations. Click the “register to send and receive invitations” link on the My Life Pages tab. You’ll need to follow three steps to register. First, click on the boxes next to the gender and the age rang
