What are the intake procedures? How will I be billed?
Little is different between private pay and other funding types. Generally speaking we will need the following information. Name and address of the client, basic problem needing to be addressed (this sometimes can be quite extensive), name of caretakers, type of funding, and payment approval. The payment approval process is an agreement by the family or agency that they will pay for the services requested. All billing is done at the end of the month which includes: date of service, type of service, name of family, number of units (hours of service), hourly rate and total cost. The family or agency typically pays within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise noted prior to acceptance of the family.
