What are the institute and department codes to use when requesting ETS to send official TOEFL and GRE score reports for my GT-Shanghai application?

The Institute Code for Georgia Tech is 5248. For GRE score reports, the ECE department code is 1201-1204 (any one of these numbers will work), the ISYE department code is 1301. For TOEFL score reports, the ECE department code is 66, the ISYE department code is 67.
