The “Succeed Agent Mentoring Program” (SUCCEED) is an eight-week business start-up program featuring a series of business activities in which Broker/Owners mentor Sales Associates. The program promotes mutual understanding between Broker/Owners and Sales Associates, which gives everyone the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the office.
