What are the ingredients of the gel?
• Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, Hydrogen Peroxide, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Peppermint Oil • Propylene Glycol: this serves as a humectant – a substance that helps retain moisture content, or simply – it prevents things from drying out. • Glycerin: this is also a humectant. • Hydrogen Peroxide: this is used as a bleaching agent and is used as a disinfectant which has effective anti-viral, antibacterial properties. • Carbomer: This provides a thickening, gelling action and consistency regulator for cosmetic products. • Triethanolamine: This is used as a balancer in many different cosmetic products which allows the product to spread into the teeth trays. • Peppermint Oil: This is extracted from flowering plants of the mint family. It is used for flavour but it’s also a natural oil used to treat physical ailments such as digestion.
