What are the indicators of an overactive thyroid?
An overactive thyroid condition can be determined by laboratory testing. Some common indicators may include feeling hyper or jittery, headaches, diarrhea, sweating or trembling, and increased heart rate/heart palpitations. If you notice any of these when using Thyodine, reduce your dosage immediately (if symptoms are mild) or stop completely for several days (if symptoms are more severe). Then, resume dosage at a lower level.
