What are the indemnity arrangements for healthy volunteer research?
Healthy volunteer research that has been approved by the UCL research ethics committee is covered by UCL’s public liability policy. On the Camden & Islington short registration form (q.12) you can use the phrase: “This project has been approved by the UCL research ethics committee and is therefore covered by UCL’s public liability policy”.
