What are the important events that lead to the Revolutionary War?
Your job, as a historian, is to create a time line of important events leading up to the Revolutionary War. This should integrate art and history, and will be used as we journey through the Revolutionary War unit. The Task Students will create a time line of events leading up to the revolutionary war. By creating the time line students will understand that many different events lead to the war. • As a historian piece together a time line of the revolutionary war • Use the creative medium you are most comfortable with. This can be art supplies, the computer etc… • Create a character for yourself that is a colonist. Represent what they would have worn and give a description of who they are and where they live ( their profile). • Write a letter to a family member in another colony describing your frustration with the acts imposed by Britain.
