Please refer to the following dates and definitions pertinent to students receiving Financial Aid: Fall 2008 Financial Aid 9/8/08 (Mon) – Date of Record, also known as the Census Date. Classes enrolled as of 5:00 PM on the Date of Record are locked-in for the remainder of the semester. Financial Aid will not be adjusted due to course changes (Adds/Drops) after this date. 11/3/08 (Mon) – Final Withdrawal Date for Federal Return of Funds (60% point of the Semester). Students who totally withdraw from all classes on or before this date must repay a portion of their federal financial aid. 11/26/08 (Wed) – MATC Foundation Scholarship Deadline. The MATC Foundation Scholarship Application and 2008-09 FAFSA must be submitted by 4:00 pm. This deadline is for the Spring 2009 Semester.
