What are the importance of socialisation to society?
socialisation is important to society because it give’s values and norm’s.i don’t what you’ve done before.have you ever heard of feral children who have not had human contact during their development years these kids lack skills which we take for granted.such as talking using tools.walking correctly etc.i know this is a extreme example but it might help get things in context into our society such as a family not teaching a child table manner’s or just manners.we take these things for granted but our society has developed and so has our socialisation skills. if the passing on of these skills is interrupted social problem develop such as criminal behaviour.it’s like a child being brought up in a house were the male is abusive toward the female there’s a good chance the child will think this is normal and be abusive toward females.or if the child is female might not like males.
