What are the implications to Faculty and Staff members who leave UK?
Any copies of the software, installed or on CD s, under the agreement are the property of UK and Microsoft. This product is licensed to the University of Kentucky for work-related use by faculty and staff. What happens when Microsoft releases new products or new versions? New releases of the covered products will be made available through the UK Download server. Media already prepared will be available at the UK Computer Store, for a fee. What about products that are not included in this agreement? Can they be added? Or do I have to order and pay for them separately?
