Ideal pH levels are slightly alkaline, between 7.2 and 7.6 Temperature should be 74. Your hardness should be between 11 and 22 (measured in German degrees, as most tests do, this translates to 200-400 ppm). Nothing I have read has concrete answers on dissolved oxygen unfortunately, all they say is that goldfish need a lot of it. Making sure you have good water movement (NOT a bubbler, but actual movement, such as from powerheads and some types of filter) will contribute to high oxygen levels, as will plants that are broader-leafed (so your goldies don’t eat them).
