Hydrophobicity distribution is calculated for a molecule over a 3D grid by extending its domain in each direction by 4 Å. Local hydrophobicity is evaluated at each and every grid point. XlogP and SlogP (both by Kellog and Audry methods) can be evaluated through ProViz. User can visualize the hydrophobicity distribution in the usual way in ProViz.
